About Us

Flowers on Wood

Whole-person care for whole-life relief

Chronic pain is complex. If you’re here, you’ve probably already tried medications, injections, or even surgeries, yet the pain is still with you. That’s because chronic pain doesn’t just live in the body. It touches every part of your life: your mood, your energy, your sleep, your relationships, your career, and your sense of who you are.

You’re not just dealing with physical symptoms; you’re carrying the emotional weight too. We see you. We’ve been there.

We’re two providers with over 10+ years of experience, a licensed pain psychologist and a rehabilitation therapist, working together to help you reclaim your life from chronic pain. We’ve both experienced life-changing pain ourselves, and after finding real relief through whole-person approaches, we’ve made it our mission to help others do the same.

Our Approach

Flowers on Wood

We created this program because people with chronic pain deserve more than temporary fixes. Our care goes beyond symptoms; we look at the full picture. We’ll work with you on:

Boosting activity levels safely and gradually, while respecting your body’s limits

Improving your mood and managing stress, anxiety, or depression through evidence-based techniques

Reducing inflammation and balancing hormones with guidance on anti-inflammatory nutrition

Healing relationships and restoring connection, so pain doesn’t isolate you

Improving your sleep, using proven tools from CBT-I and more...

All of this happens in a supportive, accessible online setting. No rushed appointments. No insurance limitations. Just you and a team that truly listens and guides you with compassion and expertise.
