How do your services differ from traditional pain management clinics?

Unlike traditional pain management clinics that often rely on medications, injections, or surgeries, we focus on non-medical, evidence-based therapies that treat chronic pain. Our approach combines physical rehabilitation, strength training, pain-focused psychotherapy, Tai-Chi, anti-inflammatory nutrition coaching, and emotional support groups. All tailored to your body, mind, and lifestyle.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. Instead, we provide personalized, integrative pain management strategies that are proven to help with conditions like nerve pain, fibromyalgia, autoimmune-related pain, post-surgical pain, and more. All without the need to travel or wait weeks for an appointment.

How does a tele-health appointment work?

Your telehealth appointment takes place securely via video, so you can receive chronic pain treatment from the comfort of your home. You’ll meet with a licensed provider who specializes in mind-body pain care, physical therapy strategies, or nutrition for pain, depending on your needs.

We’ll guide you through personalized tools to support conditions like back pain, neck pain, or autoimmune inflammation, using treatments such as CBT for chronic pain, movement-based rehab, and anti-inflammatory lifestyle education. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space.

Do you prescribe medication?

No, we do not prescribe medication. Our program is focused on non-pharmacological pain relief using research-backed techniques like movement therapy, Tai Chi, CBT, and nutrition coaching to help your body and nervous system heal over time.

While traditional pain clinics may emphasize pain medications, our goal is to support long-term recovery and reduce reliance on medications, especially for people with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, or nerve pain.

In which states can I access care?

Our movement programs are available to everyone in the U.S. and abroad. However, due to state licensing restrictions our pain psychotherapy is currently limited to California and Texas, where Dr. Oz is licensed.

What happens during my free consultation?

Your 30-minute free consultation is a chance to talk with us about your pain history, symptoms, and goals. We’ll ask about what you’ve already tried including medical treatments, physical therapy, or medications and explore whether our mind-body pain relief program is a good fit.

This session includes education about how chronic pain affects the brain and nervous system, and how treatments like CBT for pain, nutrition changes, or Tai Chi can support real healing. It’s also a space for you to ask questions and get a feel for our approach.

No pressure, no obligations.

Is online treatment as effective as in-person care?

Yes, in many cases, online chronic pain treatment can be just as effective, especially when it includes both physical and emotional support. Studies show that telehealth-based CBT for chronic pain, online physical therapy, and online support groups can significantly reduce pain, improve function, and increase quality of life.

Our online sessions are highly interactive, personalized, and designed to help with conditions like back pain, post-surgical pain, autoimmune disorders, and fibromyalgia. All without leaving home.

Will therapy help reduce pain medication dependency?

Yes. Our pain-focused psychotherapy, including CBT and mind-body interventions, has been shown to help people reduce or even eliminate the need for pain medications over time. We target the nervous system and pain processing pathways using techniques that retrain and rewire the brain’s response to pain.

Combined with physical rehabilitation, anti-inflammatory nutrition, and gentle movement practices, therapy can help you feel more in control, reduce flare-ups, and build confidence in your body again even if you’ve been dealing with chronic pain for years.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance. However, many people find that investing in our comprehensive, personalized pain management program leads to fewer doctor visits, reduced medication costs, and long-term improvements in quality of life.

We’re happy to provide superbills you can submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your plan for details.

What is the cost of the program?
